Trisha’s Bollywood movie to release in summer 2010.

Trisha Krishnan‘s Bollywood Upcoming Movie Khattaa Meetha will get released for summer 2010. The movie, directed by Priyadarshan, is progressing in its shooting. The movie has Bollywood Khiladi Actor Akshay Kumar as the hero. Trisha intends to do as many films as she can in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Trisha said that she likes doing films in almost all languages. She doesn’t like being tied up in any one language. She quotes Genelia and Aishwarya Rai as examples for that. Also actresses like Hot Bold Hansika Motwani, Sameera Reddy, Genelia D’Souza have made their entry into Kollywood and Tollywood. The artists are highly paid there than Bollywood. That may be another reason for Bollywood Actresses to divert to south.

Presently she has done her Telugu film Namo Venkatesa with Venkatesh.

Carrying on the tradition of unfriendly Bollywood Actresses, Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor are battling it out. First, Priyanka zoomed into Kareena’s territory by befriending Shahid Kapoor just a little while after Kareena broke up with him. And now, they’re fighting over Bollywood’s most sought after make-up artist, Pompy.

Both actresses have worked with Pompy on various commercials and films and want him to be the one styling them. When both of them sign a film, they check if Pompy’s dates match theirs. When Priyanka got ready to shoot for “Anjaana Anjaani’ with Bollywood Hot Actor Ranbir Kapoor, she checked if Pompy was available. But he was already scheduled to accompany Kareena to Sydney for the shooting of the remake of Stepmom, starring Kajol and Arjun Rampal with Kareena Kapoor.

Kareena considers Pompy as family, inviting him to her film previews. Those who attended the Kurbaan preview confirmed Pompy’s presence there.

Vidya, who was notoriously considered Bollywood’s worst fashions after her disastrous wardrobe in Heyy Baby, has glamorously reinvented herself. And, by choosing to wear the Anarkali-styled salwar-kameez in different avatars, the actress has inadvertently become a trendsetter of sorts.

Several Bollywood divas have been spotted wearing the Mughal-e-Azam look after Vidya. Bollywood Hot Bold Babe Aishwarya Bachchan and Bollywood Sizzling Hot Babe Kareena Kapoor carry it off well, and so do Lara Dutta, Priyanka Chopra, Rani Mukerji and Sonam Kapoor. Vidya refused to take credit for this new fashion trend and said, “I’m flattered. It feels good to know that women like it.” She has always preferred ethnic wear to western. “Though the Anarkali covers you from head to toe, it’s still very sensous like the saree,” said Vidya who has an Anarkali in almost every color and style. “I might have brought it back in vogue,” she reluctantly accepted, “but Indian women have always been wearing one.”

5. Karthik Calling Karthik: This one is starring Farhan Akhtar and Deepika Padukone. Having been in the news for quite a long time, this film, scheduled for a February release promises to be a good watch, especially with the very natural and amicable Farhan in the lead.

4. Rajneeti: This one comes from Prakash Jha, the director of the critically acclaimed Gangaajal. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Ajay Devgan and Manoj Bajpai (Nana Patekar isn’t there anymore); it’ll be surely interesting to watch how chocolate boy Ranbir handles serious cinema.

3. Ishqiya: We’ve all seen the trailers and they look absolutely fabulous (yes, even Vidya Balan). The unconventional story with a Vishal Bharadwajesque treatment by his protégé Abhishek Chaubey, ‘thif one fould be on the lift for every film enthusiast. The film is said to have some really bold scenes and powerful dialogues (there’s Naseeruddin Shah, no?)

2. Rann: Ram Gopal Verma returns to what he does best. Dark and powerful cinema. The first look of the film is enough to lure viewers to the screens, even if RGV carries the baggage such ‘Aag’ and ‘James’ with him. Watch out for Amitabh Bachchans performance as a news media baron.

Karan Johar returns to direct his favorite couple SRK and Kajol set again in New York, but this time in a serious backdrop, that of the 9/11 massacre. There have been many controversies created regarding the film, and it has all worked for the publicity. Let’s see if the film lives up to its mammoth expectations.

Bollywood Hot Actress Shamita Shetty walked out of reality show “Bigg Boss 3” to be with her elder sister Bollywood Hot Actress Shilpa Shetty who is tying the knot with millionaire beau Raj Kundra Marriage Date Nov 22.

Shamita’s voluntary exit will be aired on the reality show Saturday. “I am just so excited about Shilpa Shetty wedding. Family comes first for me, so I couldn’t help but come out of the show to be with her,” Shamita told IANS.

Shamita was earlier unaware of Shilpa Shetty engagement with London-based businessman Raj Kundra until model Pravesh Rana came in and informed her about it. The engagement was facilitated Oct 24, 2009 in Shamita’s absence and without her knowledge.

At that time, Shilpa had said: “I miss my sister and am hoping that she’ll be out soon in my last few days at home.” Now, Shilpa’s younger sibling sister is all set to be a part of the grand celebrations. Bollywood Bold Actors Neil Nitin Mukesh reveals details of his girlfriend.

Neil Nitin Mukesh, who has kept mum about his girlfriend Priyanka Bhatia so far, showed up with her for the first time at the premiere of his critically acclaimed film Jail. He says she is an integral part of his family and that they enjoy a good comfort level.

“My parents and her parents not only know and like each other, we also visit each other’s homes constantly. More than lovers, we’re friends first,” Neil told IANS.

“There’s a comfort level in our interaction that makes us very relaxed with one another. We don’t have to hide anything. We meet openly and are very proud of one another. There’s no pressure for marriage on either side. When it happens, it happens. The marital status would hardly alter anything between us,” he added.

Priyanka has done a course in fashion design and Neil is open to the idea of her designing his clothes for his films.

“I’d love that. But it should happen on its own. Neither Priyanka nor I want to pressurize anyone to use her skills. But if it happens, I’d be very happy to be dressed up by her,” he said.

Talking about his girlfriend’s reaction to Jail, he said: “Priyanka and my mom were hysterical with grief. They weren’t looking at just a character being put through a traumatic time. To them it was someone who they both love and he was in pain in front of their eyes.”
